1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Amigo AI Assistant (“Amigo”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented to you during your use of the services. If you do not agree, please do not use Amigo.

2. Service Description

Amigo is an AI assistant designed to engage in voice or text-based interactions with users, offering automated responses based on pre-programmed and AI-generated data. It may be used to provide customer support, product information, or sales assistance, depending on the business implementation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this service. Use of Amigo in violation of applicable Bulgarian or EU law is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Amigo for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
  • Interfere with its functionality or access it in unauthorized ways;
  • Attempt to collect data from other users through Amigo;
  • Use Amigo to impersonate others or mislead.

5. Data Collection and GDPR Compliance

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, we inform you of the following:

5.1 Data We Collect

Amigo may collect and process:

  • Audio or text input from conversations;
  • Contact information (if you choose to provide it);
  • Usage logs (timestamps, queries, errors, etc.);
  • Metadata such as browser, IP address, and device type.

5.2 Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to:

  • Improve AI responses;
  • Maintain service security and performance;
  • Personalize and optimize your user experience;

5.3 Legal Basis

Amigo is an AI system and may not always provide accurate or reliable information. Online Creations is not liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Decisions made based on AI-generated content;
  • Interruptions in service;
  • Unauthorized access or loss of data, unless due to negligence.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of Amigo after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the applicable laws of the European Union.
