Terms for Specific AI SaaS Platforms

These Product-Specific Terms (“AI SaaS Terms”) apply to your use of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products developed and offered by Online Creations Ltd., including but not limited to:

AI Sales & Support Assistant
Business Organizer
Life Coach

These terms supplement and are incorporated into our general Terms of Use. In case of conflict, these specific terms shall take precedence for the relevant product(s).

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the AI software system provided to you as a web app, mobile app, or custom deployment.
“User”, “Client”, or “You” means any individual or entity accessing or subscribing to the Platform.
“Content” means all data, inputs, files, prompts, or outputs generated through use of the Platform.

2. Licensing and Access

Online Creations Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AI Platform for internal or agreed-upon purposes.
Licenses may be free, trial-based, or subscription-based depending on the plan.
Access may be revoked in case of violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR principles.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
For enterprise clients, custom data processing agreements (DPAs) can be signed.
Some platforms may store session logs, prompts, or behavioral analytics to improve performance or offer insights.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be factually accurate, medically reliable, or legally binding.
You are responsible for verifying any decisions, texts, or actions based on AI outputs.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our AI SaaS products to:

Generate, promote, or share illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content.
Create deepfakes, impersonate others, or deceive users.
Upload or input any unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party data without consent.
Build competing AI models using access to our tools.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Termination

SaaS platforms may be billed monthly or annually.
Free trial users may have limited access or restricted functionality.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations or unpaid invoices.

7. Uptime, Maintenance & Support

While we strive for high availability (typically 99.5% or higher), access may be disrupted due to maintenance, updates, or outages.
Critical bugs will be addressed in a timely manner.
Standard support is available via email. Enterprise clients may receive SLA-backed support.

8. Custom Integrations or White-Label Licensing

For clients using custom, branded, or private deployments, additional terms apply based on the service agreement.
All intellectual property not explicitly transferred remains the property of Online Creations Ltd.

9. Export Compliance & Local Laws

You agree to comply with applicable export laws and regional restrictions for AI technology.
Online Creations Ltd. products may not be used in jurisdictions where such technologies are prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the platform interface.
